We use your information to provide and administer membership services; process applications, renewals, and payments; display directory listings you publish; send notices, reminders, and push notifications; operate and improve the app; and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, push-notification, and SMS providers) under confidentiality obligations; public directory information that you choose to make visible; and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

You can access and update most of your information from within the app. You may request that we correct or delete your data. We provide self-service account and data deletion (see our website) or via the in-app settings, and we action verified requests in line with applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.

7. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
